Tasting notes
The grapes are selected manually and, following the passage on the sorting tables in the cellar and a light pressing, they are fermented in barrique and aged for 20 months in wood.
Wine ambassador of the estate, elegant blend with notes of spices, red berry fruit, licorice and violets with a pleasant finish, characterized by notes of dark chocolate and tobacco.
