Tasting notes
t has a soft pink color with reflections that recall the delicate peach nuances. The elegant aromatic profile makes it a unique wine of its kind. Characterized by strong citrus notes, such as pink grapefruit and floral notes that blend with the first ones, enhancing each other, leaving an extremely pleasant retro-olfactory sensation. In the mouth the fruity notes of peach and grapefruit stand out, there are hints of tropical fruit such as passion fruit and mango. Over time, sensations of Mediterranean herbs will develop: thyme, sage and rosemary. Rich wine with an extremely passionate character, sapid and mineral in the mouth.
